How to create a new Project ?

In order to create a new project you need to fill a new enhancement ticket in our HSD-ES support tenant. You can use the Global Ticket System for summitting your request. But before do it, make sure to read the following steps in order to understand what are decisions that you need to make before and what information you will need to provide.

  1. Before creating a new project, make sure to read Project Concepts and decide how you would like to name your project and what will the project purpose.
  2. Checkout Authorization to better understand project permissions and roles. Upon new project creation request, you are required to provide 2 AGS groups. It is your responsibility to either create 2 new groups or use your existing groups. We recommend to create new groups and set their approval flow to use the right people. We also recommend to use the following naming convention: _admins _users
